Now I know that most of you are committed in some way or another to a healthy lifestyle. Maybe you have changed or removed foods that are unhealthy for you already and that is worth a pat on the back! This 30 day challenge is to provide for you the means to a better way of living. Changing your perspective and hopefully removing bad eating habits. First off, you need to let go of the guilt! Guilt can cause many people to loose heart and give up before they even begin. Let the fear and the guilt just wash away. I want you to look at this situation as a positive experience. You are embarking on overcoming an unhealthy lifestyle! Take the challenge and just leave your assumptions at the door. You can do this because you have the heart and the desire for change!!
Remain positive and don't forget to try your best. You need to remember you are wanting to change the way you eat and the benefits of that change will be wonderful! Clarity, weight loss, improved memory, vitality and the list goes on.
