Just Lean Into it!

When fighting the belly fat there are some important foods to include in your daily diet. It just makes sense to eat foods that increase proper digestion!!! That is the primary goal. When your gut it working properly then the rest of your body will follow. Good digestion can help you shed pounds off your waist. This is a crucial fact and it will help you to understand what healthy weight loss can do. Don't just look for the pounds, look at the way you eat as a health risk. Change your eating to a whole food diet and you will loose weight permanently!
So to start off I wanted to introduce to you foods that are gut busters in my opinion.
1. Eggs

6. Lean Meat (very important)
