Apple a day!

Once we start the 30 day challenge, there will be important things to have on hand. Personally when I go shopping I buy organic apples and bananas. Those two are a must!! I will be typing out your shopping list for the challenge in the next little while. First off lets look at the apple and the amazing benefits it truly carries. This little wonder packs a punch in my opinion. 
Number 1: easy to carry with you anywhere as a healthy snack!
Number 2: keeps you full for a long period of time.
Number 3: Fights cancer
Number 4: Good for the teeth (as long as the apple is not too sweet)
Number 5: Fiber, fiber and more fiber. Key for absorption
Number 6: Always a handy gift when facing a teacher!
Number 7: Great for the skin
